We’ll look to you for:
Planning and allocating daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables to the team

Ensuring SLA compliance with timeliness and accuracy in invoice processing
Reviewing process control reports and ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented
Organizing and leading operational governance through team meetings and internal reviews
Supporting the integration and standardization of processes across regions
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Developing and retaining a skilled and motivated team
All about you

Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance
11-14 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a similar P2P Analyst role

Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Strong team leadership and delegation skills
Effective time management and prioritization abilities
