Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your accounting and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and proactive team of professionals.

You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the effective delivery of invoice-to-pay processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Finance controllers, sourcing, supply chain, HR, and country/region treasury, to streamline processes, allocate deliverables, and uphold the highest standards of accuracy and timeliness. Additionally, you’ll lead operational governance meetings, support team development, and contribute to process standardization and efficiency improvements.

You’ll specifically take care of supervising your team to meet/exceed process objectives and KPIs, but also actively contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects as required.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Planning and allocating daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables to the team

  • Measuring progress against plans and implementing corrective actions

  • Ensuring SLA compliance with timeliness and accuracy in invoice processing

  • Reviewing process control reports and ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented

  • Organizing and leading operational governance through team meetings and internal reviews

  • Supporting the integration and standardization of processes across regions

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders

  • Developing and retaining a skilled and motivated team

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 11-14 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a similar P2P Analyst role

  • Deep understanding of accounting principles

  • Intermediate skills in ERP systems

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Understanding of internal controls

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal

  • Strong team leadership and delegation skills

  • A continual improvement mindset with a proactive and positive approach
