What would you do? Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations. Enablement involves providing tools, resources, and training to help individuals or teams perform their tasks more effectively. This can include sales enablement, where sales teams are given the knowledge and tools to sell better, or employee enablement, where staff are supported to improve their skills and productivity. The goal is to empower people to achieve better results. Effective enablement leads to improved performance and success. It is essential for fostering growth and efficiency in any organization. Develop category strategy by driving down the total cost of targets goods/services with solution that meet business needs through proactive development and execution of the appropriate strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities: 1) Experience in electronic contract enablement and admiration activities , experience in Supplier enablement for procurement & in electronic Catalog enablement for procurement 2) Demonstrated proficiency in partnering with cross functional key stakeholders across the business 3) Demonstrated experience with coaching and mentoring team members to drive project initiatives 4) Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills 5) Ariba and Coupa Tool Enablement 6) Supplier Onboarding & Enablement: Facilitate registeration of vendors on supplier portals, manage vendor master data, and enable suppliers on e-invoicing and e-procurement platforms. 7) Content & Catalog Enablement: Develop enablement strategies for catalogs, maintain catalog data, and ensure alignment with category strategies. 8) Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in enablement processes, propose enhancements, and support automation for touchless transactions"
