Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Product Designer to join our dynamic team at
Kotak811. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user
interfaces that elevate the overall user experience. In this role, you will collaborate closely with
cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and developers to design and
implement user interface solutions for our digital banking platform.
What you will do: -
 Own the UI design process from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and adherence
to brand guidelines.
 Create prototypes and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts
and interaction flows. –
 Collaborate with UX designers to translate user research and insights into actionable design
solutions.
 Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs, providing
Support and guidance as needed.
 Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve upon design solutions.
 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI design, incorporating new ideas and
techniques into our design process. –
 Mentor and coach junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning
within the team
