Summary: As a Product Management Lead, you will be responsible for driving and developing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your typical day will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements, building partnerships, and providing innovative technology solutions. You will also work closely with engineering teams to ensure the timely delivery of products, focusing on achieving quick time-to-market while maintaining high standards of quality and functionality. Your role will require you to navigate complex challenges and facilitate effective communication among various teams to align on product goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on product objectives. - Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development. - Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation to support stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Product Lifecycle Management. - Strong understanding of product management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication. - Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive product decisions. - Familiarity with agile development processes and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Product Lifecycle Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
