Product Manager, Merchant Experience

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with a distributed team of cross-functional stakeholders such as software engineers, designers, technical writers.
• Ability to drive the product goal, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
• Excellent technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Product Managers and engineering to define future goal, strategy, and road-map for the merchant experience for Play developers, particularly focusing on enabling the infrastructure that supports the money flows between Google Play and the developers that sell on the platform.
• Work directly with both internal and external Android Developers to understand business models and incorporate platform gaps into product strategy.
• Develop a deep understanding of Play’s business generation platform and payments integrations.
