Product Support Analyst (SQL)
We are looking for a Product Support Analyst to join the team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SQL, an understanding of client-server architecture, and the ability to work in a client-centric role. This role requires excellent communication skills, flexibility to support clients in US EST time zones, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
Technical Skills: MS SQL, Python, Analytical Skills, Databricks, Snowflake, Basic cloud knowledge (Azure/AWS).
- Looking for candidate with basic understanding of JavaScript, client – server architecture.
- Hands-on in writing SQL queries, stored procedures, understand performance optimization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work in US EST Time zones to support client requests
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should be flexible and working in shifts. (During internship general/UK shift/Night Shift).
Good to have:
- Working knowledge of designing and implementing any programming languages.
- Candidate with SQL Certification is a plus
- Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries and stored procedures
Requirements
∙ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area, OR equivalent education and experience.
