-Principle responsibility in ensuring problem free production, not compromising on safety, quality, overall cost or time. Selecting appropriate manufacturing processes by which mechanical components are made, achieving the requirements of the drawings -Develop manufacturing processes that best suit current and future product range with the goal to minimize the cost and increase productivity. -Create plans to eliminate the manufacturing inefficiencies and optimize the process. -Derive the machining process based on the assembly requirement. -Good knowledge and education in engineering manufacture and inspection. -Sound knowledge of programming of CNC machines
