What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation In this team, you will help discover process models, business process conformance, and performance analysis based on process data and event logs. This requires the application of business, functional and technical knowledge to perform data scoping, extraction, transformation, and loading and development of analyses using process mining tools. The team will help define the product roadmap, business requirements, measures of success, and features for products and services create “Thought ware” and “Point of Views” to sell new product capabilities to our clients
What are we looking for? Good understanding about Process Mining capabilities available in the market Working experience on any SaaS based mining tools (Eg: Celonis, Signavio Process gold, PAFnow, Kofax, Minit, etc) Good understanding and experience in various KPIs and SLAs used in tracking the end to end BPM processes Willingness to learn and implement new technologies to enhance/Augment process mining capabilities
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads • Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams • Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
