Program Manager

Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India. 

We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital). 

Why This Role?
This is not just a program management role—it’s a strategic operations partnership. You’ll shape the future of the Business Engineering & Solutions function, drive innovation, and act as the connective tissue between leadership vision and on-the-ground execution.

We are seeking a strategic Program Manager to drive operational strategy and cross-functional programs across Business Engineering & Solutions. This role requires program execution and strategic operations, acting as a force multiplier for leadership. You will work closely with executives, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to translate vision into action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact programs.
• Partner with leadership to define priorities and operationalize strategies.
• Lead areas of strategic planning, business-plan creation and driving OKRs
• Prepare executive-level updates and facilitate leadership meetings.
• Lead initiatives to address operational and process gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribution to development of annual operating plans and manage execution as planned
• Drive team reviews and report findings to senior management for corrective actions
  
  

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience, including 3+ years in program/project management, strategy, or business operations.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Techno-functional aptitude, exceptional communication, and strong organizational skills.
• Highly proficient in data analysis and comfort with mathematical concepts
• Strong strategic mindset along with exceptional execution capabilities and rigor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to plan, coordinate and execute assigned tasks via collaboration with multiple cross functional teams
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Working knowledge of analytics and dashboarding would be an advantage
