Program Manager (AI PMO)

Job Characteristics: Ability to lead projects focusing on on-time delivery, stakeholder communication, dependency identification and overall project management. Manages risks, issues, changes, and dependencies and takes corrective measures. Creates strong relationships with technology and business teams managing and setting expectations and serves as a liaison between the business and ETS throughout project execution. Coordinates and effectively manages internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution. Monitors key milestones, budgets, and activities for executive level reporting. Effectively communicates to all stakeholders/leadership for project progress, impediments and changes. Direct responsibility for managing the project team toward a common goal. May have Scrum Master Certification.

Education/Work Experience: Degree and eight or more years of significant experience with at least two or three years of project management experience.

Independence Level/Reports to: Acts independently under general direction. Errors may cause significant disruption to operations or major costs. Normally reports to Sr. Manager.
