Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve ensuring the successful delivery of projects, managing service level agreements, and utilizing tools and processes to achieve desired outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in problem-solving discussions. - Ensure the successful delivery of assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. - Monitor and control service level agreements. - Utilize standard tools, methodologies, and processes to achieve desired outcomes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues. - Provide regular updates and reports on project progress. - Additional responsibility: Assist in account management for assigned projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Account Management. - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Knowledge of service level agreement management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years of formal education Graduate is required.
