Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the successful delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA or Trello for project tracking and management.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Familiarity with risk management practices and techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
