Summary:
As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. You will engage in strategic planning, risk management, and resource allocation to drive project success while adhering to established timelines and budgets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you facilitate communication and foster a productive work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project status and updates.
- Develop project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments, to maintain transparency and accountability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
