Project Engineering Lead

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver electric powertrain systems that meet defined performance, cost, and timeline objectives, ensuring technical alignment across development stages.
• Provide strong technical leadership and drive clarity on scope and requirements, securing sign‑offs through key organizational processes.
• Partner with Program Management to structure workstreams, build Gantt‑based execution plans, estimate project budgets, and support approvals for major program decisions.
• Oversee resolution of system-level engineering concerns captured through CRRMS and ALM, ensuring structured analytical methods, digital simulation insight, and reliability‑driven evaluations guide technical decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Validation, Vehicle Engineering, Program Management, CDMM, Proto‑build, Homologation, Marketing, Customer Care, and suppliers to ensure integration readiness and disciplined delivery across program milestones.
