Project Lead

We are seeking a talented Project Lead/Tech Lead to guide and mentor our development team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Youll play a critical role in shaping technical strategies, solving complex challenges, and delivering projects that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring project deliverables are met with high quality and on time.

·      Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, architecture, and design.

·      Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using modern technologies.

·      Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

·      Identify and resolve technical challenges, bottlenecks, and risks.

·      Drive the adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve processes.

·      Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.

·      Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business goals.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

·      Minimum 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead role.

·      Strong proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Entity Framework.

·      Experience with front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular .

·      Knowledge of database systems, especially SQL Server.

·      Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.

·      Proficient in version control systems like Git.

·      Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
