This role is responsible for leading internal projects end‑to‑end, ensuring they meet defined scope, schedule and quality expectations. The Project/Program Manager drives disciplined project planning, execution, and control while coordinating cross‑functional teams, internal stakeholders, and third‑party vendors to deliver effective solutions to internal business problems.

The position requires strong analytical capabilities to perform needs assessment, conduct data collection and analysis, evaluate solution feasibility, and support product and solution development. To be successful in this role, the candidate must demonstrate key behavioral competencies such as customer focus, innovation, managing ambiguity, communication, and accountability, ensuring effective collaboration across teams and consistent delivery of business outcomes.

What you’ll do:

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate successful project definition, planning, budgeting, scheduling, resourcing in leading high performance project teams
  • Manage projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints 
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and project demands
  • Form strong project team relationships by leading, coaching, and motivating team members, and identifying and resolving blockers or conflicts
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
  • Manage project scope by ensuring any changes are documented and approved through a change control process
  • Proactively identify project issues and risks and create successful action plans for resolving issues and mitigating risks 
  • Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports
  • Continually seek opportunities to improve the current process and strengthen relationships
  • Makes decisions, escalates where/when needed

Additional Responsibilities:

  • End to end governance on Workforce Management & Strategic Planning
  • Develop detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint
  • Support deal management, including pipeline tracking, financial analysis, and coordination with sales and finance teams
  • Data Management is crucial and should be strong in collecting, organizing, securing, and storing an organization's data to ensure its accuracy, availability, and usability for decision-making
  • Plan, Execute and Deliver the assignments on time
  • Identifies and develops new opportunities on current project
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills including creating usable documentation and tools

What you need to bring:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, data analysis) and PowerPoint
  • Experience in data management and reporting
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
