𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Define project scope and create detailed documentation (WBS, Project Plan).
•  Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring clarity on requirements and timelines.
•  Conduct project meetings to align teams with client expectations.
•  Manage project estimations, timelines, and deliverables.
•  Monitor project progress, ensure quality, and resolve issues proactively.
•  Maintain accurate project documentation for data integrity.
•  Collaborate with the Operations team for data analysis and reporting.
•  Coordinate project schedules and activities.
