• Proven experience as a Project Manager handling enterprise-level engagements. • Hands-on experience managing multi-vendor and cross-functional delivery environments. • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build long-term strategic relationships. • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Experience in Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models. • Capability to manage distributed teams and handle multiple stakeholders effectively. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Professional certifications are a plus. • Serve as the primary representative for the customer, building strong day-to-day engagement. • Develop, manage, and strengthen customer relationships through trust, transparency, and delivery excellence. • Identify and nurture opportunities for account growth and new workstreams. • Collaborate with internal business units to develop solutions and proposals for identified opportunities. • Lead end-to-end project delivery across teams including internal teams, client teams, and partner/vendor teams. • Drive sprint planning, project planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking. • Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations while ensuring timely resolutions. • Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Prepare and present governance reports, dashboards, and project updates. • Ensure compliance with organizational processes, quality standards, and delivery frameworks.
