Assistant Manager - SAP S/4HANA EAM (Public Cloud)

PUBLIC CLOUD - EAM - Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation Support: Assist in SAP S/4HANA EAM implementation on Public Cloud. Participate in requirement gathering and design workshops.
• Configuration & Testing: Support configuration of EAM functionalities including maintenance planning, work orders, notifications, and preventive maintenance. Assist in integration with MM and PP modules.
• Compliance & Process Optimization: Ensure adherence to maintenance and safety standards. Identify areas for process improvement and automation.
• Deployment & Training: Support testing phases, including UAT. Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Reporting: Help design reports and dashboards for asset performance and maintenance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 4–6 years in SAP EAM, with exposure to S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations. Knowledge of asset management and maintenance processes.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA EAM configuration and integration with MM and PP. Understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Certifications

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA EAM.
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP).
