Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:·

  • Responsible for creation of Master drawings/TRC reports in IQS
  • Responsible for handling the assigned tasks independently.
  • Strong ability to manage deadlines & respond appropriately in crisis situations to customers.
  • Understanding of industry-specific procurement practices and regulations.
  • Awareness of market trends and how they impact vendor development and procurement strategies.

 

Required skills:

  •  Must be able to read & understand technical engineering drawings GD & T requirements in the drawings and replicating the same in the relevant IT tools
  • Understanding the ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and ECR related process and tools along with advanced Excel skills
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to effectively present information to various stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust strategies based on changing market conditions and organizational needs.
  • Ethical Judgement: Strong sense of integrity and ethical judgment in all vendor interactions and procurement decisions.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial Engineering  or any other relavant depts

Additional Information

2-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or any other relevant feilds, preferably prior experience in Purchase Quality
