Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Python to ensure the quality of software applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and create comprehensive test plans. - Identify, report, and track defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues. - Continuously enhance test frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Mentor junior team members and share best practices in automation testing. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or a related field. - 5-9 years of experience in automation testing with a strong focus on Selenium and Python. - Proven ability to develop and maintain automated test scripts. Preferred Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Experience in integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with test management tools and frameworks. - Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
