• Primary skills:Technology->Machine Learning->Python,Technology->Reactive Programming->react JS,Technology->UI & Markup Language->ANGULARJS2 • Project Management fundamentals • Project Lifecycles on development & maintenance projects, estimation methodologies, quality processes. • Knowledge of one or more programming languages; knowledge of architecture frameworks, and design principles; ability to comprehend & manage technology, performance engineering. • Domain – Basic domain knowledge in order to understand the business requirements / functionality. • Ability to perform project planning and scheduling, manage tasks and coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelines • Ability to work with business and technology subject matter experts to assess requirements, define scope, create estimates, and produce project charters • Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies is a pre-requisite • Awareness of latest technologies and trends • Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage full stack development projects utilizing Python and React, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions. - Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to closure, managing resources and budgets effectively. - Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Minimum Qualifications: - M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience of 8-15 years in full stack development with strong proficiency in Python and React. - Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing software development projects. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Angular and other front-end frameworks. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
