QA Analyst 3-ProdDev
Enterprise/PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management Quality Assurance team supports the new development and support development testing of all aspects of Supply Chain Management suite of products like Purchasing, eProcurement, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Sales Order Management, Cost Management, Billing, Supplier Relationship Management, Supplier Onboarding, Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management. This opening in the India Development Center at Bengaluru Location is for functional testing and carrying out automation development for Supply Chain Management suite of products.
Desired Qualification and Experience
Overall 8+ years of experience in QA testing and automation testing
- Functional knowledge with hands on experience in PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management or any other ERP/ Supply Chain Management products is must.
- Hands-on experience in establishing testing environment and troubleshooting with cloud Infrastructure.
- Comfortable with standard automation frameworks
- Experience in automation development, execution and debugging using any automation tool.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, self-motivated; outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent skills in executing software test plans, preparing test data, documenting, and analysing results. Suggest corrective actions.
- Excellent Bug management abilities
- Very Good exposure to the review process which includes development reviews, QA internal reviews etc
- Good SQL knowledge which includes writing basic/medium complex SQL queries.
- Ability to work independently, multitask and thrive in a global dynamic environment.
- Exposure to Agile/SCRUM development methodologies.
- Exposure to next generation Fluid UI testing on smart phones and tablets.
- Results-driven, and able to handle the dynamics of rapid release schedule.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for Supply Chain Management related products with adherence to both internal and external standards.
- Handle the testing efforts of regulatory and statutory changes in Supply Chain Management products.
- Analyze and write test standards and procedures. Develop and execute software test plans. Test the application. Maintain documentation of test results. Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions.
- Participate in review of functional and technical specification documents to understand the approach of implementation of various measurable criteria.
- Prepare automation scripts by utilizing PeopleSoft automation tool PTF to ensure the functional regression coverage. Maintain the scripts with high quality.
- Analyze and take corrective action of the Automation test executions.
- Interact and coordinate with different stakeholders to achieve the Organization’s objectives.
- Willing to work in Projects that uses Agile SCRUM methodology.
