QA Manager (Automation)

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Automation Leader to drive excellence in API, Performance, and Security Testing while leading and mentoring the QA team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and people management skills to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust automation frameworks

- Define and execute test strategies for functional, regression, performance, and security testing

- Implement performance and security testing initiatives using cutting-edge tools

- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments

- Mentor & coach the QA team, driving continuous learning and innovation

- Establish best practices, KPIs, and scalable frameworks to enhance QA efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

- Must have 11 to 15 years of experience in QA with 3Yrs+ experience in QA Automation and people management

- Hands-on expertise in Postman, JMeter, Selenium, LoadRunner, OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite

- Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript for scripting & automation

- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines & Agile environments

- Experience in designing performance & security testing strategies

- Proven leadership in team building, mentoring, and strategic QA execution

Qualification: BE / BTech / ME /MTech / MCA / MSc
