QA / QC Executive

Candidate with the background  experience in Cosmetics / wet wipes

Roles & Responsibilities

Testing of all new supplier samples before finalizing (inhouse)

In case inhouse facility not available, sent for external testing and analyze

Prepare the complete files for application of new licenses to the department

Ask for COA and relevant reports from all suppliers

Do spot checks for Finished Goods in hand

Finished Goods tests

Check for the quality of each batch before material is handed over for dispatch

Maintain Quality Control Samples for the expiry period (2 packs per batch)

Training

Train staff regarding work procedures, maintenance of work areas etc.

Organize training for team regarding how to operate and maintain machines etc.

Train team regarding Work Safety procedures, Fire Safety procedures etc.

Team Meetings

Daily morning 5 mins briefing

Monday morning team meetings

Technical training every Fridays

Other activities

Check and identify areas of potential savings and ways to avoid wastage and pilferage

Extra activities as and when required by the management

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Management, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry).
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology).
• 2-4 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or personal care industry or in a manufacturing environment.

Skills:

• Knowledge of industry regulations (ISO, GMP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in quality management software.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with quality control techniques and equipment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in testing.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and standards.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
• Both roles require a strong understanding of the production processes specific to wet wipes and tissues, as well as the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
