QA Automation

What you’ll do:

 

Work closely with internal sales teams to identify, analyse, validate and document business processes and functional requirements. Oversee proper implementation by providing functional specifications and acceptance criteria. Act as a sole business owner between internal Sapiens divisions and their prospects and the project development.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Create, maintain and manage test plan
• Perform quality testing for the Sapiens Digital software suite
• Execute manual testing
• Produce testing reports
• Be the quality focal point of the team and coordinate with all dependency teams to solve the issues.
• It’s an Individual contributor role (IC), need to provide hands-on experience and there will not be any people reporting to you
• Be proactive in tracking the deliverables, following up and delivering it on time.
• As a QA lead manages all the testing activities within the demo team by overseeing all aspects, from planning to execution.  
• Reviewing the test plan and verifying that it complies with all relevant policies, laws, and regulations.
• Writing the test scripts and ensuring they are:
  • Consistent with the user story and the requirements document.
  • Cover all possible scenarios
  • Complete with all the necessary steps that are required to execute the scenario under test.
  • Consistent with any additional information or instructions provided by the product owner or stakeholder.
• This role requires regular reporting on various aspects of testing.

 

What to Have for this position.

 

Must have Skills.

 

• At least 2+ years of experience performing complex software quality analysis and system testing
• Experience in the insurance business domain - An big advantage
• Experience working with Agile testing best practice
• Experience in testing REST APIs SOAP (Optional) using scripts and industry standard tools (Postman, SoapUI…) and also UI.
• Experience analysing business requirements, functional specifications and collaborating with product owners and clients
• Computer science university degree or equivalent
• Candidate should have proactive delivery approach
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English)
• Willingness to travel overseas.
