What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Talent & HR Process involves managing the recruitment, development, and retention of employees. This includes overseeing hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations. The goal is to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is essential for building a strong and effective team. Define an organizations talent management approach, mapping a business future skills and talent needs against current skills and capabilities and then defining the investments required to fulfill strategic talent objectives. The Quality Assurance (QA) Senior Analyst ensures training content uses correct, concise, and clear language and is consistent with prescribed guidelines and standards. Education • Graduate in any discipline; prefer degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience Work Experience • 5-7 years of working experience in copyediting, proofreading, or reviewing instructional material, preferably in the digital medium.

Roles and Responsibilities: •• Review project deliverables to ensure: o Instructional quality meets defined objectives and product specifications, if applicable. o They are free of spelling/grammatical/punctuation errors. o Conciseness and clarity. o Reduced repetition of information, unless specifically required by design, if applicable. o Compliance with agreed style guide and client standards (including tone/voice). o Consistency (formatting, use of terms, and so on), if applicable. • Analyze deliverables to identify common errors and ways to minimize them. • Track and communicate errors in defined categories for each deliverable. • Provide feedback to stakeholders. • Work with the QA Lead to confirm that the appropriate style guide and client standards have been established for client projects. • Identify, track, and report on the quality status of client deliverables. • Provide reporting documents to the QA Lead as needed. • Work with the QA Lead in addressing barriers to quality development and coaching team members to address these gaps and improve quality. • Help in the creation of mentoring programs, as needed, to coach team members on improving writing quality. • Maintain a log of projects to ensure proper time tracking.
