Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with a diverse team to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines, focusing on enhancing the overall quality throughout the application lifecycle. Your responsibilities include executing continuous testing processes that cover security, application programming interfaces, and regression scenarios. You develop and implement automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in reviewing code, tracking defects, and contributing to ongoing improvements in testing methodologies to support the delivery of robust software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality standards and project goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and documentation to support testing activities.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on quality assurance best practices.
- Monitor testing progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Avaloq Wealth.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies including continuous testing and automation.
- Experience in creating and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Familiarity with security testing and API testing techniques.
- Ability to configure and manage test data and environments effectively.
- Skilled in defect tracking, reporting, and collaborating on resolution strategies.
