Summary: As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will engage in the development of comprehensive testing architectures that leverage cutting-edge testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the implementation of effective quality engineering practices, providing technical leadership, and guiding strategic initiatives to enhance testing processes and outcomes. You will be instrumental in driving innovation and excellence in quality assurance, ensuring that the highest standards are met throughout the testing lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Ability to design and implement testing strategies for complex systems. - Familiarity with performance testing and load testing techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
