Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will Oversee the testing workstream for large-scale CRM migration programs, ensuring governance, quality, and timely delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Own program-level test governance, reporting, and risk management. - Align testing activities with migration phases and deployment plans. - Manage resource planning, effort estimation, and training needs. - Ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards for Life Sciences. - Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and automation adoption. Professional & Technical Skills: - Extensive experience in managing testing for CRM transformations. - Strong understanding of Veeva CRM or Vault CRM platforms. - Expertise in validation frameworks, automation strategy, and integration testing. - Leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and global stakeholders Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Veeva CRM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
