Quality Team Leader (Risk & Compliance Management)
Roles & responsibilities:
• The candidate will be working as an Individual Contributor handling PAN India Hiring & Process compliance matrix
• Doing regular audits to maintain compliance parameters such as, Financial Fraud, Hygiene matrix, call disconnection, hiring policy as mentioned in the client MSA, etc.
• The candidate will be responsible for auditing & identifying gaps in Hiring & process Compliance and providing solutions to fix the same
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Domain handling Risk & Compliance
• Candidate should be well versed with financial, physical or logical compliance, hygiene compliance metrics. Good understanding of understanding of SOW and SOP-based checks.
• Experience in working with E-commerce accounts will be an added advantage
• Quality Specialist & Sr Quality Analyst currently working as a compliance auditor can also apply • 6 days working (1 day rotational off)
• Graduate from UGC recognized university
• Candidates should be fluent in English & Hindi communications
• Candidate should be good in Excel data preparation
• Candidate should have good Presentation skill
