Job Overview: As the Sales General Manager of Real Estate Company, you will oversee all sales activities within our organization, ensuring the development and implementation of effective strategies to achieve business goals. You will lead a team of sales professionals, manage key client relationships, and drive the growth of our sales portfolio, and achieving targets. Your expertise in real estate, combined with your leadership skills, will be crucial in shaping the direction and success of our sales division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue targets.
- Establish annual sales targets and goals for the team, aiming to achieve a [specific revenue target or percentage growth, e.g.,].
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Establish sales goals and objectives, and monitor performance to ensure targets are met.
- Team Management:

- Client Relationship Management:

- Address and resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Operations:
- Oversee the development and implementation of effective sales processes and procedures.
- Utilize CRM systems and other tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports.
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop action plans based on data-driven insights to enhance sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
