Working Hours: 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM (Flexible Timing) Job Description: Sai Samsthana Trust is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join our team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for entering data into expense reports and managing accounts on a day-to-day basis. Your primary responsibilities will include: Accurately entering data into expense reports using computer software Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions Reconciling accounts and verifying discrepancies Generating reports on a regular basis to track financial performance Liaising with other departments to obtain necessary information for financial reporting Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and guidelines Requirements: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in a similar role preferred, but not essential If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining our team, please send your resume and cover letter to us.
