Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive financial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll provide leadership and organization of Record to Report operations across all integrated geographies. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (R&B controllers, project controllers, site/finance controllers), manage the Record to Report Operations of the GFC, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of developing, integrating, and transferring processes and teams from different regions to the GFC, but also drive standardization of the Record to Report processes in the Shared Services.
We’ll look to you for:
Owning the Record-to-Report (R2R) process for the center
Driving balance sheet quality improvements across regions
Ensuring R2R KPIs, SLAs, and quality targets are met or exceeded
Supporting development, integration, and transfer of processes to GFC
Resolving critical operational issues promptly
Standardizing R2R processes and tools
Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Benchmarking operations against internal peers for better performance
Implementing efficiency-enhancing actions across operations
Training team members and new joiners, and assessing training outcomes
Acting as a business partner to regions for R2R objectives
Participating in customer governance meetings
Building strong relationships with upstream/downstream stakeholders
Improving customer satisfaction through close collaboration
Contributing to strategic initiatives and special projects as needed

CA or CA Inter Graduate
Proficiency in English (mandatory)
Deep understanding of Record to Report process/accounting
Good expertise on balance sheet reconciliations, understanding the Reconciliation Policy, and experience in end-to-end of Record to Report processes
Understanding of Forex transactions, including derivatives, Exchange Gain/Loss on Forex, and Reporting
Experience in driving Month-close/Period-close processes
A Green Belt in Six Sigma certification is desirable
Intermediate skills in SAP and MS Excel, PowerPoint
More than 6 years of experience in accounting for CA / More than 10 years of experience in accounting for CA Inter
Experience with automations and RPAs
