Job Description:
Responsible for identifying and attracting talented candidates to fill open positions within our company. You will work closely with the hiring manager to understand the staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet those needs.


Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Post job vacancies on job boards and other platforms.
Source and screen resumes of potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
Assist in the negotiation of employment offers.
Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work collectively with team members.
