Responsible for planning and overseeing overall sales funnel management, ensuring a strong sales pipeline (timely updating of enquiries, enrolments and follow-ups) to be reflected through audit scorecard. Plan for and execute center- wise, product- wise profitability to generate and manage business. Design, implement & review campaigns and local marketing activities encompassing ATL, BTL & promotion campaigns with maximum ROI in coordination with HO Marketing. Acquire and manage strong partnership relations with Institutional partners & other business associations and ensure retention. Manage the BD Budget for the region and optimize marketing inventory utilization. Track, monitor and report the Competitive landscape and industry trends locally. Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to stay updated. Responsible for updating knowledge and self and team development by participating in trainings and achieving certifications. Monitor and report on omni-channel movement of customer interaction to enable establishing a trend.
