Regional Business Development Manager - Equipment Finance (Healthcare and Industrial)| Bangalore

1. The Regional Business Manager – Equipment Finance will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability in the designated zone by managing sales, collections, channel relationships, and team performance. 
2. The role involves strategic planning, execution of business plans, team leadership, and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

Managerial Responsibilities:

1. Drive business growth in equipment finance through strategic planning, team leadership, and channel development. 
2. Lead a team of managers, ensuring performance via KPIs. 
3. Build strong OEM and dealer relationships, manage credit risk, and ensure portfolio quality. 
4. Oversee collections to maintain asset health. 
5. Co-ordinate smooth operations and loan processing. 
6. Ensure compliance, monitor market trends and report key insights to senior management to support informed decision-making.

Functional Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for driving business growth in equipment finance (Medical & Industrial) through effective zonal strategies and execution. 
2. Lead a team of Relationship/Area Managers to achieve sales and profitability targets, monitoring performance via defined KPIs. 
3. Build and manage strong relationships with OEMs, dealers and channel partners to expand market reach. 
4. Oversee credit quality by coordinating with credit and risk teams, ensuring adherence to underwriting norms and maintaining a healthy portfolio. 
5. Support collections and recovery efforts to minimize delinquencies. 
6. Ensure seamless loan processing and operational compliance. 
7. Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to provide actionable insights and regular reports to senior management.

MBA/ Graduate
