Regional Manager - Branch Facilities - CREM-SUPPORT SERVICES-Corporate Real Estate Management(CREM)

- Responsible for managing branch facilities under Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) support services. - Oversee regional branch infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and maintenance. - Coordinate with various teams to maintain facility standards and compliance. - Manage vendor relationships and support services related to branch facilities. - Ensure efficient utilization of resources and adherence to corporate policies. - Lead teams to deliver quality facility management services across branches. - Monitor and report on facility performance and improvement initiatives. - Collaborate with corporate teams for strategic real estate and facility planning.
