Relationship Manager-Mid Market-Sales

As a Relationship Manager, you will be the face of Kotak Mahindra Bank, representing our brand and values. Your primary focus will be on developing and managing relationships with mid-market clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. You will be a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance and building long-lasting partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients, understanding their business goals and financial needs.
  • Offer tailored financial solutions, including loans, deposits, and investment products, to meet client requirements.
  • Proactively identify and address client pain points, providing innovative solutions and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and workshops to educate and engage clients on our products and services.
  • Manage and prioritize a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery of services and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Generate new business opportunities by networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
  • Represent the bank at industry events, conferences, and forums, building the bank's reputation and brand awareness.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including loans, deposits, and investments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
  • A self-starter with a proactive and client-centric approach to work.
