Job Description
Proficiency in using help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Excellent knowledge of computer systems; networks; and common software applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
