Responsibilities
- Accountable for effective delivery of R2R (Monthclose, reconciliations, analysis, Intercompany, Fixed Asset accounting etc), P2P (invoice processing, payments, vendor management etc), & O2C (billing, collections, cash application etc) processes
- In this role, you will be required to do analysis and solving moderately complex problems,
- Responsible for controls and compliance for their area.
- Creating solutions by leveraging ad adapting the existing methods and procedures
- Responsible for managing audit and coordination with the auditors.
- Responsible for calculating & meeting the SLA/KPIs agreed with the client, keeping in view the ARCs/RRCs.
- Responsible for driving productivity & process transformation & efficiencies by generating & executing ideas.
- In this role, person should require minimal guidance managing the scope of services.
- Individual would manage a team size of 20-25 people and be responsible for effective performance management of the team
Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Minimum 0-4 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of E2E accounting
- Hands on experience with SAP and other tools like Blackline, Cortera etc
- Must have good hands-on experience on Microsoft Excel/PPT/Power BI
- Requires a proactive approach and verbal / written communication.
- Should have strong interpersonal skill to interact with Management, Stakeholder, and peers effectively.
- Ability to communicate and document problems, resolutions, and action plans.
- Metric driven mind set
