As a Risk and Compliance Representative, you will support service delivery through quality and risk management. Your typical day will involve engaging with various teams to enhance awareness of compliance policies and processes, ensuring that all operations align with established standards and regulations. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the integrity of our services and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with compliance requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team understanding of compliance policies.
- Monitor compliance metrics and report findings to senior management.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Strong analytical skills to assess compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Experience in developing and implementing compliance training programs.
- Ability to communicate complex compliance issues clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
