Summary:
As a Risk and Compliance Representative, you will engage in activities that support service delivery through quality and risk management. Your typical day will involve increasing awareness of compliance policies and processes, ensuring that all team members are informed and aligned with the organization's standards. You will work collaboratively with various teams to foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness, addressing any challenges that arise in the process. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of operations and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the organization's success and reputation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team understanding of compliance policies.
- Monitor compliance metrics and report findings to senior management.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Trade Finance.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills to assess risk and compliance issues.
- Ability to develop and implement compliance training programs.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
