Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to enhance compliance awareness and embed risk management practices within the organization.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to ensure consistent application of compliance standards.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional development opportunities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance regulations relevant to enterprise environments.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining governance processes within SAP GRC modules.
- Ability to analyze complex compliance issues and develop practical solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk mitigation and compliance adherence.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate compliance requirements and influence stakeholders at various levels.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
