RM Hiring - Assistant Manager
Designation: Assistant Manager (RM)
>> Role & Responsibilities
The candidate will need to perform:
- Analysis of forecast, hiring, bench and suggest corrective measures to the team
- Capacity and Forecast review /analysis and derive hiring/loaning needs
- Handling various dashboard (Weekly/Monthly)- forecast, demand pipeline, hiring etc.
- Drive resource management process standardization across consulting and new Geo’s
- Active participation in weekly/monthly connects/meetings with external & internal stakeholders
- Variance analysis of forecast/plan and actuals
- Manage a team of RMs across level
- SME on tools and reports to be able to address any queries from team and delivery
- Motivate team to log innovation ideas and help/guide them to closure
- RM team brand building via innovative ideas
The candidate will also be responsible for:
- Managing team of 3 to 4 members
- Assist business in fulfilling resourcing needs for demands
- Assist business with insights on resource availability across multiple resourcing channels.
- Analyzing demand & supply gap and provides resourcing options.
- Work with business to understand resourcing needs and
- Supporting client service delivery by consistently meeting quality guidelines within the established turnaround times and ad-hoc requests
- Assist business with insights on resource availability across multiple resourcing channels.
- Review monthly MI reports and analyze the trends
- Be involved in transformation /innovation projects, etc.
- Variance analysis and methods to keep variance in check
- Bench Management
- Conducting periodic trainings; preparing/reviewing/updating the knowledge base/training material/ Process documents
- Ability to understand current process and suggest & lead process improvement
>> The Individual
- 8 years + of experience in resource Management
- Sound Resource Management knowledge
- Good understanding & knowledge of capacity planning and forecasting
- Good analytical skills to analyse current capacity and derive hiring/ loaning needs
- Ability to analyse/investigate variances between forecast/plan & actuals
- Ability to understand and identify key issues from both summary and detailed data
- Ability to understand and identify key issues/challenges in existing process and suggest changes/improvement areas
- The candidate is expected to have strong verbal and written communication skills
- The candidate is expected to have strong stakeholder management skills
- Team Management experience
- High level of proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Knowledge/experienced in Power BI is preferable but not mandatory
- VBA macro skill will be an added advantage
- The candidate is expected to have awareness/understanding of RM or WFM tools/application (IEX, Blue Pumpkin, Aspect eWFM, Retain, MRS etc.)
>> Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university - BBM/BCA/BCom/BA/BSc/BE
- A Post Graduate diploma/degree from an accredited college/university - MBA/MCom
