Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational performance. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Intermediate proficiency in Service Desk Management. Intermediate proficiency in Service Desk Voice Support. A minimum of 7+ year of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
