What You Will Do

As part of the Strategy & Consulting team, you will:

• Lead Benchmarking Engagements: Work directly with global clients to define scope, identify peer groups, develop detailed benchmarking reports, and present insights to CXOs and functional leaders.
• Drive Process Transformation: Partner with clients on cost optimization, zero-based budgeting, and shared services strategy, with a focus on measurable impact.
• Deliver Functional Insights: Dive deep into Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, or IT processes, identifying KPIs and process-level levers to drive business value.
• Develop Business Cases: Translate benchmarking insights into transformation projects and business value realization plans, enabling end-to-end consulting impact.
• Co-create IP Assets: Enhance EVT’s proprietary models and tools, working alongside Accenture's global knowledge hubs and functional leads.

Must-Have Experience & Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in management/strategy consulting.
• Strong exposure to process benchmarking, shared services/GBS, zero-based budgeting, and operational excellence.
• Experience working on transformation programs across corporate functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, or Supply Chain).
• Proven analytical skills with a passion for data interpretation, scenario modeling, and value realization.
• Exposure to global delivery, client interfacing, and leadership presentation.

Educational Background

• MBA from a Tier 1 B-School with demonstrated consulting or strategic mindset

Preferred Qualities

• Prior experience in structured consulting environments (Big 4, MBB, Strategy&, etc.)
• Ability to work with large, unstructured datasets and extract actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
