Lead Large-Scale GCP Projects: Guide clients through application modernization and migration initiatives, designing strategies and roadmaps tailored to GCP.
Architect GCP Solutions: Develop cloud architectures using GCP services (Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, etc.), ensuring alignment with business goals.
Application Modernization: Design composable architectures leveraging microservices, event-driven architectures (EDA), and GCP-native technologies.
Cloud Migration: Build and execute migration plans from on-premises or other clouds to GCP, including assessment, planning, and hands-on delivery.
DevOps & Automation: Implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Deployment Manager), and automated operations using GCP tools.
Data Integration & Analytics: Architect data platforms on GCP, integrating data sources and enabling advanced analytics and machine learning.
Hybrid & Multi-Cloud Integration: Design and implement hybrid cloud solutions using GCP’s Anthos, ensuring seamless integration with on-premises and other cloud environments.
Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor, communicating GCP architecture, best practices, and transformation strategies to technical and business stakeholders.
Thought Leadership: Develop reusable assets, publish whitepapers, and contribute to GCP community knowledge.
Business Case & ROI Analysis: Build financial models for cloud adoption, including TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and ROI. Advise on cost optimization strategies and AWS pricing models.
Operating Model Design: Design cloud operating models for governance, security, and compliance. Recommend organizational changes for cloud adoption (e.g., Cloud Center of Excellence).
Resilience & DR Strategy: Define RTO/RPO tiers, multi-region patterns, backup/restore policies
Design Architecture Review Board charters, NFR baseline templates
AI Strategy & Enablement: Advise clients on leveraging GCP AI services (Vertex AI, Generative AI Studio, Duet AI) to accelerate innovation and digital transformation
