Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager/Manager - Procurement Operations!
In this role, you will be responsible to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. Solving queries related to Procurement operation and coordinating with customer. The individual must be an active contributor towards the overall objective of the project. We are looking for someone who should be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement.


Responsibilities
•    Relevant years of overall experience in Global Procurement Operations 
•    Conduct Bidding & Setting up RFx Events - develop clear and concise presentation summarizing sourcing projects and share findings with stakeholders.
•    Conduct comprehensive research on potential suppliers and share inputs with stakeholders.  
•    Contract Management: creation & maintenance of contracts & NDAs.
•    Collect and organize data relevant to sourcing activities, analyze spending patterns to identify cost savings opportunities, generate reports to guide decision-making in sourcing.
•    Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company standards.
•    Efficiently handle the entire requisition to payment process. Manage PO Processing & Invoice Reconciliation
•    Stay updated with relevant regulations, laws, and industry best practices related to procurement activities.
•    Provide support via functional mailbox or ticketing tool to procurement teams and end-users.
•    Administer and maintain procurement systems, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
•    Provide technical support to procurement teams and end-users.
•    Implement and enforce data security measures within procurement systems.
•    Manage integrations with other enterprise systems for seamless data flow.
•    Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and changes & develop user guides and documentation to assist end-users.
•    Monitor performance satisfaction, ensuring all SLAs accountable for are met and drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree in any discipline or Postgraduate in SCM.
•    Relevant experience in Catalogue, Contract & PO Management, P2P, Sourcing & Analytics, Market Research, Inventory & Project Management.  
•    Hands on experience of SAP & Ariba is a must.
•    Hands-on experience with PowerPoint and MS Excel is a must.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier and stakeholder relationship management 
•    Experience working with global stakeholders, suppliers and clients outside India.
•    Good communication, Ownership and Decision-making
•    Demonstrated professional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills in English. 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills
•    Proficient in MS office
