SA1 - Consultant - ABS (SFG)

 Roles & responsibilities
Operate and deliver on securitization engagements related to asset-backed securities (ABS), residential backed securities (RMBS) and warehouse facility reviews.
Asset cashflow projection and structured debt modeling. Familiarity and mastery of securitization cashflow modeling related to various asset classes such as: Consumer Loans, Equipment, Solar and Digital Infrastructure
Review assets/collateral, model, due diligence reports to confirm accuracy; prepare client AUP deliverables (agreed-upon procedures report) and work papers supporting our findings
Perform due diligence procedures related to securitizations of various securities collateralized by loans, leases and receivables
Preparation of workpapers and final deliverables supporting our findings

Mandatory  technical & functional skills
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, business writing/verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task many activities including prioritization and effectively meeting timelines
Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point)

Educational qualifications 
CA / CFA / MBA (Specialization in Finance & Investment Management)
Work experience
The candidate must have 3 to 5 years of related working experience in structured finance domain
